5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

• Opened or used Diapering products
• Feeding gear (bottles, nipples, pacifiers) removed from sealed original packaging
• Personal care & hygiene items with broken seals
• Custom or personalized items
• Clearance or final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)

5.3 Return Process

2. We’ll reply within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
3. Securely pack the item with all parts/manuals in original packaging

5. Use a trackable service (DHL, FedEx, EMS) and keep your receipt

5.4 Refund Timeline
